Group coaching

Would you like to discover systemic coaching in a group? Benefit from the many ideas of other participants while being guided by exercises and questions.

I offer group systemic (co-)coaching workshops at Le Grand Bain in Nantes. These can be one-off workshops to discover systemic coaching, or regular group workshops to go further and work on group issues.

You can find the topics and upcoming dates for one-off workshops here:

Workshop "Setting better limits - finding your balance".

Thursday 11 April, 6-7.30pm at the Grand Bain, 20 allée de la maison Rouge, à price: give what you like, inscriptions at info@clara-becker.com

Do you find it hard to say no? Listening to yourself? Do you find it hard to express your needs? Knowing how to listen to yourself, assert yourself and set limits for yourself and others can sometimes be difficult! Finding the right balance between your needs and the demands of others means taking care of yourself, conserving your energy and feeling at ease in close relationships. For one hour, we’ll explore the subject of limits together, find concrete ways forward for each of us and move towards a lasting balance, with discussions and a guided coaching exercise. You’ll leave with some practical ideas to try out on a daily basis!

There is a minimum of two participants, and you will be informed 48 hours in advance of the workshop.

FAQ

Depending on the workshop you attend, it may last 1, 1.5 or 2 hours. Each participant brings their own issues or questions depending on the theme of the workshop. After a short introduction to systemic thinking, I will guide you through the exercises to be completed during the workshop. The exercises are to be done individually and you don’t have to speak if you don’t want to.

The price is indicated for each workshop. If the workshop is “free”, this means that you can pay what you want, within the limits of your resources. No receipts will be required. As a guide, a 1-hour workshop costs €10/15.

Registration is done by e-mail, telephone, SMS or via a Mobilizon link when one is provided.

Each group workshop is one-off and is independent of other workshops that I organise. So you can take part in one workshop or several, in any order you like.

No, a group session is not a discussion group. Each participant will explore their issues individually and you will not be asked to share your personal experiences. However, it will be interesting to talk together at the end of the session, to find out how you experienced the exercises.
