I offer personalised systemic support for your company or organisation, in one-off sessions to work on a specific theme, as part of your workplace well-being strategy, or to support longer-term projects or processes.

Systemic coaching in companies is the perfect approach for working on activating resources in a team or structure, for (re)finding motivation for better collaboration or for making the dynamics in a team visible, in order to define tailor-made goals and processes.

On an individual level, the systemic approach and its methods can be used to find and define a (new) role, to manage employee interviews more effectively and to set up time for joint coaching between colleagues.
