About

It was during my university years that I discovered my passion for working with people and accompanying them through life changes and personal difficulties.

At the time, I was working as a counsellor while studying Gender Studies, which was a very rewarding experience, but also a frustrating one! There was never enough time to deal with the issues and it was common to only meet people for one appointment, which meant we had to look for as much information and solutions as possible during the appointment.

I’ve always wanted to deepen my skills in consultancy and link my work to my studies, so it was after a few years working in other fields and completing my training in systemics that I finally got around to it!

Systemic coaching brings together my passion for analysing societal issues and my curiosity about people, and I’m convinced that we can only help people if we see them as part of their system, their environment and society, and not as alone in their difficulties.

With my Masters in Gender Studies and my personal experience as a member of the LGBTQI+ community, I bring a particular focus on discrimination to my work.

Originally from Germany, I now live in Nantes, France, and work as a systemic counsellor with individuals and corporate groups.

I look forward to meeting you!

I’d be happy to book a free call or write to me with any questions you may have.
