Individual therapy
Would you like to…
… manage your interpersonal conflicts better?
… have more confidence in your decisions?
… unlock your creativity?
… regain your motivation?
… have more self-confidence?
… change your life?
… succeed in your new position?
With systemic therapy, I offer you the space you need to understand your current problems and move beyond them. The method I use takes into account the different contexts in which you live, be they family, economic, cultural or social.
You are not solely responsible for your situation or problem, but you are the expert for finding the solutions.
Develop a better understanding of yourself, so you can make more informed decisions and communicate more effectively in your relationships.
As a certified Trauma of Money practitioner, I support you in taking a look at your relationship to your finances. Topics can include for example: financial anxiety, under earning, difficulty saving money or sticking to your budget, overspending, financial avoidance, dealing with finances in your business or relationship(s).
It’s because of my passion for social justice and my belief in everyone’s ability to influence their world that I’m working as a systemic therapist. Come as you are, with your problems or questions, and your desires for a future that suits you.
Please do not hesitate to contact me to make an appointment or if you have any further questions.

Words of a former client:
“I started working with Clara in February 2024. At the time, I was embarking on a career transition that I found difficult to tackle. I contacted Clara and together we defined my goal for the sessions: to approach my career transition with serenity and peace of mind.
Clara encouraged me to approach the issue at my own pace, without forcing myself, with a gentleness and simplicity that reassured me greatly. While I was unable to talk about my professional plans with my loved ones, Clara was an outsider, able to approach the issue with perspective and without projecting her own experiences and expectations onto me. I felt very free to talk to her about my concerns without fear of being judged.
I have experienced many periods of transition in my life: changing jobs, changing industries, ending relationships, moving internationally… During these changes, I often felt a great fear of uncertainty that pushed me to do everything very quickly and to make decisions that were sometimes ill-considered. This transition is the first one I have allowed myself to experience fully, with all its emotions, uncertainties, discomfort, complexity, and moments of uncertainty. Clara’s role has been key: she has helped me to take my time and experience all of this fully, without running away. She has helped me to make decisions that are truly right for me. I am infinitely grateful to her for her invaluable help.”

FAQ
How does a systemic therapy session work?
How much does a session cost?
Each session, whether held remotely or in my office in Nantes, costs 70 €. Sessions are not covered by insurance companies. Contact me for more informations on the reduced rate of 50 €.
How do I know if systemic therapy is right for me?
I propose a free 20-minute telephone appointment to ask all your questions and so that I can inform you whether the reason for your consultation would fall within the scope of systemic therapy or not.
How long does systemic therapy last?
The frequency and number of sessions are agreed together at your first appointment. Systemic therapy lasts on average between 5 and 30 sessions.
What is the difference between systemic therapy and psychotherapy?
Systemic therapy focuses on the present and the future, with exercises to do between sessions. Psychotherapy, on the other hand, focuses on aspects of your past life, any traumas you may have suffered and mental disorders (depression, burn-out, anxiety, etc.). I’m trained in systemic tools and counseling, whereas a psychotherapist is trained in psychology.
Can I be in psychotherapy or work with a psychiatrist and receive systemic counselling at the same time?
Yes, the two practices are complementary. While working on other specific topics, during our sessions you can move forward on aspects of your present and future life.
Please note: My services can in no way replace the work of a psychologist or psychiatrist. If you’re looking for medical advice or a diagnosis, I am happy to refer you to qualified professionals.
